• Reservation      Data Collection: While      reserving or booking Volt car rental services we collect your name,      address, contact number and email. This data is collected from the point      of view of making the entire reservation seamless. In case of successful      reservation sharing the confirmation through sms/whatsapp and on email.      Also if in case any problem or issue related to your booking arises we      convey it to you through the same platforms. For online reservations and      online payment you will be asked for payment card number, card holder's name      and expiration date to enable us to take the payment for respective      booking.
• Volt      Customer Online Reservation Account: When you make an online reservation with us, we present you with      the privilege of ease by creating an online account. If you choose to      create this account, we will store your basic personal details you provide      us in our customer database. This will enable you to expedite all your      future bookings..
• Volt      Customer Loyalty & Benefit Programs: If you click on join button, we will keep sharing any promotional      announcements to you
• Location      Tracking & Data Collection Policy: Volt Team & Volt Chauffeurs App collects location data for      security and accountability. This facilitates us to accurately calculate      the distance covered & time of each trip delivered by the chauffeur.      We follow a complete transparent process and take into consideration the      Driver's consent for accessing the location of the entire journey at every      trip start. This process helps us to give a complete transparent and      accurate booking, its execution & billing process enabling customers      to view the relevant information and maintain compliance with user privacy      preferences.
• Transaction      Database: We maintain all      transaction records of customers in our database for a limited period of      time and can be shared if required.
